Warranty will be 3 years limited as follows:

100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
75% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the second year from original date of purchase
50% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the third year from original date of purchase

For: BB500

Warranty will be 2 years limited as follows:

100% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the first year from original date of purchase
75% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the second year from original date of purchase
50% Coverage of all parts and labor for the entire product for the third year from original date of purchase

Warranty Excludes the following:

Replacements of parts due to discoloration from cleaning chemicals or mineral content in water. If you live in an area with strong mineral contents in the water, manufacturer recommends using a water filter.

Replacement due to damage or malfunction caused by improper installation, negligence, misuse or abuse.

Replacement due to improper installation.

Manufacturer is not responsible or liable to any damages caused by improper installation or by use of parts which were not supplied by the manufacturer.
